i just remember all the hype surronding hima nd durant getting no credit really.

i always had this gut feeling that Oden wasn't really NBA ready, injury prone and would really be a bust.

I ronically I always thought Barignani on the Raptors was a good pick in a SUPER WEAK draft year, sure enough it took awhile but hes a legitimate NBA player.

Same can be said for Oden but you're beating urself daily if ur Portland right now.

Imagine Durant on that squad?

And John Wall is sure doing better than I thought he would, and this is from a KY fan too

Not that I didnt think he was a good player and person, I just figured he'd have a bit more maturing as a player before he'd have any significant play/impact. (ie I'm happy for him !)

Greg Oden waived today after 5 years in the NBA where he played in 92 total games.

This is a cool thread because you get to see the long development of all these guys.

That Rubio draft is going to be considered one of the most solid drafts in NBA history.

I'll probably rebump it next year. Only because I think this year was a weak draft aside from Ran dolp

I hope my UK Unibrow fella does well, he's a nice kid. Heck, all the UK players this past year that moved on were pretty great kids. (My favorite was Miller, the Sr)
