I opted for CoD:WaW. Loving it. I'll be picking up GoW2 at some point though. Although I've heard the multiplayer sucks atm due to a poor matchmaking system. Hopefully they fix that.
The coop however is getting rave reviews.

I actually loved the single player in GOW. First game I played all the way through in a long time.

CoD 4 was pretty kick ass, i'll have to check out the new one.
